Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track it via the link provided or by logging into your account on our website.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, We will always use fastest shipping method to make you receive your order as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

With four distribution centers strategically located across the contiguous United States, we make sure your furniture arrives fast—no matter where you call home..
Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii.

What are your shipping fees?

Enjoy free shipping on all orders through Dec 31.

We offer free shipping on orders over $1000 (pre-tax, after discounts). Orders under $1000 will see shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order amount.

Order amount $0-$499: we charge $9.99 Flat Rate per order 

Order amount $500-$999: we charge $19.99 Flat Rate per order 


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition with packaging. Clearance and customized items are final sale. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return?

Email sales@justlivenest.com

with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Product Information

Do you offer furniture assembly services?

JUSTLIVE NEST offers premium White Glove delivery, which includes professional assembly and removal of packaging materials. This service is offered separately from standard delivery. Once your order arrives, our dedicated White Glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient service time.

Please note that additional fees may apply.

Currently, this service is available in select regions including:
Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Bay Area, New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer installment payment options through partners like Shop Pay. You’ll see the option at checkout if eligible.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order. Choose the best available offer before checkout.


Product Care & Warranty

How do I take care of my furniture?

Each product includes care instructions on its product page. In general, clean regularly with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 6 months warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications,
  • Products with their own individual warranty policy
