Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- FedEx, UPS Delivery: Estimated arrival within 2–5 business days
- LTL Delivery: Select items available with 2–10 business day delivery, some remote area may take longer time.
Shipping times may vary depending on item size, stock availability, and destination.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders through Dec 31.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $1000 (before taxes and discounts), or buy 2 or more items.
Orders under $1000 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the order amount.
Order amount $0-$499: we charge $9.99 Flat Rate per order
Order amount $500-$999: we charge $19.99 Flat Rate per order
Large & Fragile Item Delivery
Oversized or delicate items may be delivered via freight Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the items.
White Glove Service
JUSTLIVE NEST offers premium White Glove delivery, which includes professional assembly and removal of packaging materials. This service is offered separately from standard delivery. Once your order arrives, our dedicated White Glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient service time.
Please note that additional fees may apply.

Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Bay Area, New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Note any issues with the delivery driver before signing
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Email sales@justlivenest.com with your order number and photos of the damage
