Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Returns must be approved before shipping items back.
  • Customized or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@justlivenest.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 6 months warranty. In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications,
  • Products with their own individual warranty policy
